River and Ridge Paint Your Own is a small business in Roanoke, Virginia. This page explains what this website collects and what we do with it. The short version: very little, and we never sell it.

Order requests

The order form asks for your name, your email address, the kits you want, an optional date you need them by, pickup or shipping, and any notes. We use that only to reply to you, sort out your order, and arrange pickup or shipping. There are no accounts and no payments on this site — we agree on payment with you directly.

Depending on how the form is set up, your request either opens in your own email app (and reaches us only when you press send), or goes to a Google Form that stores it in a spreadsheet only we can see.

Your order list is also saved in your own browser, so it's still there if you leave and come back. That stays on your device; clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which kits people look at and add to an order. It sets cookies and collects things like your approximate location, device and browser, and the pages and buttons you use. It doesn't tell us who you are. Google's own policy is at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out with Google's browser add-on or any ad blocker.

Questions or deletion

Email info@randrpaintyourown.com and we'll tell you what we have from you, or delete it.
